We’re more than just student housing, we’re your starting point in Lisbon.

Designed with international and Erasmus students in mind, our mission is to provide not only a place to stay, but a community where you can feel at home, connect with others, and truly experience Lisbon.

We have about 100 rooms, spread across 3 buildings. Whether you're here for a semester or longer, we make it easy to settle in, connect, and make the most of your time in town.

FAQ’S

  • Booking a room is simple! Just get in touch with us through our contact form and we’ll provide you with all the details about room availability and guide you through the reservation process step by step.

  • Yes, the minimum stay is 4 months.

  • Absolutely! If you're in Lisbon and want to see the space before booking, just let us know — we’ll be happy to arrange a visit depending on availability.

  • Yes, we offer double rooms that are perfect for friends looking to share a space.

  • Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartments.

  • Yes, we use a reservation form that also serves as a contract. At the end of the month, you only pay for the days you stayed. If you stay a few extra days into the next month, you can simply pay for those additional days as well.

    1. If within the minimum stay period we have to charge for that unless you find another student for the room.

    2. If after the minimum stay period, we ask for at least one month notice.

  • Deposit will be returned by bank transfer one month after check out if everything is ok.

  • If you're coming from outside the EU/EEA, you’ll likely need a student visa to study in Portugal. We recommend checking with your home country’s Portuguese consulate for specific requirements.

  • Lisbon is generally affordable compared to other European capitals. On average, students spend between €600 and €900 per month, including rent, food, transport, and leisure.

  • EU students with a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) can access public healthcare in Portugal. Non-EU students should arrange private health insurance before arrival, though affordable options are available locally as well.
